Reverse Recruiter / Job Search Assistant for U.S. New Graduate — Data, Quant & Finance We are looking for an experienced reverse recruiter / job search assistant to support a recent U.S. college graduate seeking entry-level opportunities in Data, Quantitative Analytics, Finance, and AI/ML-related roles. This is not a mass-application project. We are looking for someone who can carefully read job descriptions, identify genuinely suitable opportunities, and help with targeted applications and networking. Candidate Background * Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics & Economics with Statistics background * Machine Learning / Data internship experience * Strong quantitative, analytical, statistics, and Python skills * Seeking full-time U.S. positions * Entry-level / New Graduate / approximately 0–2 years of experience Target Roles Examples include: * Data Analyst * Data Scientist / Junior Data Scientist * Quantitative Analyst * Risk / Credit Risk Analyst * Research Analyst * Product Analyst * Strategy Analyst * Financial Analyst * Analytics Associate * Data Science / ML-related entry-level roles * Other suitable quantitative or analytical positions We are also interested in relevant opportunities at startups, fintech companies, banks, hedge funds, trading firms, and technology companies. Responsibilities * Find CURRENT U.S. openings, preferably posted within the past 7–14 days. * Verify positions on the employer’s official career website whenever possible. * Read the complete job description before recommending a position. * Focus on positions appropriate for Bachelor’s-level candidates with 0–2 years of experience. * Avoid Senior, Staff, Lead, Manager, or other experienced-level positions. * Avoid positions that REQUIRE a Master’s degree, PhD, or 3+ years of experience. * Maintain a shared spreadsheet containing company, position, official job URL, date posted, key requirements, date applied, resume version, and application status. * Submit applications only according to agreed criteria. * For high-priority opportunities, identify relevant recruiters, hiring managers, alumni, or potential employee-referral opportunities. * Assist with appropriate recruiter/hiring-manager outreach when useful. Do NOT submit applications for Quant Trader, Quant Researcher, or Quant Strategist positions without prior approval. Initial Trial Before we begin a larger engagement, selected candidates will receive an anonymized resume. Based on that resume, we will ask you to identify 5 currently active U.S. positions that you believe are particularly good matches. For each position, please provide: 1. Company 2. Job title 3.
