Reverse Recruiter / Job Search Specialist for Computer Science Graduate

## Job Search Assistant / Reverse Recruiter Needed (Ongoing) I am looking for an experienced reverse recruiter or job search specialist to help manage my job search. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and am looking for someone who can actively search for opportunities that fit my background, identify strong matches, and help me apply to quality positions. While I am interested in software development and programming roles, I am also open to other careers that make good use of my technical skills, analytical thinking, mathematics, documentation, problem solving, research, or other computer-related work. I am **not** looking for customer service–focused positions. Examples of roles I would like you to search for include, but are not limited to: * Software Engineer / Software Developer * Systems Analyst * Business Analyst * Data Analyst * Security Analyst * QA / Test Engineer * Technical Writer * Technical Documentation Specialist * IT Support (higher-level technical roles) * Research or Laboratory Computing * Government IT positions * University IT or Research positions * Operations Analyst * Logistics or Transportation Technology roles * Any other position that reasonably leverages a Computer Science degree ### Responsibilities * Search for high-quality job opportunities that match my qualifications. * Search beyond LinkedIn and Indeed, including company career pages, universities, government websites, research institutions, and niche job boards. * Identify positions that I may have overlooked. * Help tailor my resume or application materials when appropriate. * Track applications and maintain an organized spreadsheet of opportunities. * Provide weekly progress updates with jobs found, applications submitted, interview requests, and recommendations. ### Preferences * Minimum salary equivalent of **$50,000 USD per year**. * Open to jobs anywhere in the United States or internationally. * I am willing to relocate or move to another country for the right opportunity. * If searching internationally, prioritize countries where compensation converts favorably relative to the U.S. dollar and where English-speaking professionals can realistically work. * Preference for positions with limited customer-facing responsibilities. * Full-time, long-term employment preferred. ### Ideal Freelancer * Experience in recruiting or reverse recruiting for technical professionals. * Familiarity with Computer Science and IT careers. * Strong research skills. * Excellent written English. * Able to think strategically instead of simply mass-applying to jobs. * Experience helping candidates secure interviews and full-time employment.
