Reverse Recruiter / Resume Optimization Specialist

I'm looking for an experienced Reverse Recruiter who knows how to position candidates for interviews, not just submit applications. This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled at tailoring resumes to specific job postings, identifying keywords, and telling a compelling career story that gets a candidate noticed. This is not a job-search role. I will identify the positions. Your focus is executing a high-quality application strategy. Responsibilities -Customize and optimize resumes for each job posting provided. -Tailor resumes to align with each employer's requirements and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). -Create compelling, results-driven resumes that highlight achievements and tell a strong career story. -Submit applications only to the jobs I provide. -Maintain an organized tracker of all submitted applications, including company name, position title, application date, and current status. -Ensure every application is complete, accurate, and submitted on time. -Maintain a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality. Qualifications Demonstrated experience as a Reverse Recruiter, Career Coach, Resume Writer, or similar role. Strong understanding of ATS optimization and resume best practices. Excellent written English with exceptional attention to grammar and formatting. Ability to quickly analyze job descriptions and tailor resumes accordingly. Highly organized with strong time management skills. Detail-oriented and dependable. What I'm Looking For The ideal candidate understands that quality is more important than quantity.
