Reverse Recruiter for Job Search

Hi! I’m looking to hire a reverse recruiter to help me with a pretty focused job search. I’ve been a very high-performing salesperson for years, primarily in high-ticket sales. I’ve consistently earned around $250K–$350K in strong years, have been a 9x Presidents Club winner, and have a strong track record of closing and generating revenue. What I’m trying to do now is transition into a more traditional Monday–Friday / business-hours sales position with a solid base salary and significant upside. Ideally, I’m looking for: * $125K+ base with $250K+ realistic OTE * Stretch opportunities around $150K–$200K base / $300K–$500K OTE * I would consider around a $100K base if there is a very realistic path to $200K+ in the first year * Remote opportunities anywhere in the U.S. are great * Rochester, NY-area hybrid opportunities are also fine Roles I think could make sense include Enterprise Account Executive, Strategic Account Executive, Major Account Executive, National Account Executive, Regional Sales Director, or Sales Director. I’m particularly interested in industries like HCM/payroll, fintech, payments, SaaS, construction technology, building products, and business services. I’m NOT interested in solar, door-to-door sales, entry-level sales positions, or another pure commission position. My biggest concern is that most of my success has been in high-ticket B2C/in-home sales, so I need someone who knows how to translate that success into a résumé and LinkedIn profile that makes sense to B2B/enterprise employers. I’m also not looking for someone whose main strategy is simply mass-applying to 500–1,000 random jobs. I’d much rather pay someone who can help me generate 8 serious, high-quality interviews than someone who can generate 800 applications. If this is something you specialize in, I’d love to hear how you would approach my search, what positions you would target, and what kind of results you’ve had with candidates pursuing $200K+ compensation.
