Review & fix of startup pro forma cap table (Urgent)

We are looking for an experienced startup finance/cap table expert to urgently review, fix, and improve our pro forma cap table. This is a time-sensitive project and must be completed within 24 hours. Scope of work: 1. Review 6 SAFE agreements and related side letters. 2. Confirm that all SAFE terms, conversion mechanics, valuation caps, discounts, pro rata rights, and side-letter provisions are correctly reflected in the pro forma cap table. 3. Audit and fix all formulas in the model. 4. Resolve recurring errors, including #DIV/0! errors. 5. Adjust the model so it is easy to operate, change assumptions, and test different fundraising scenarios. 6. Make the model work properly in both Excel and Google Sheets, with formulas intact. 7. Clearly identify any assumptions, inconsistencies, or missing inputs.
