Review / revise Existing Mixed-Use Building Plans

Architect Needed – Revise Existing Mixed-Use Building Plans (NJ Permit Set) Seeking a professional architect to review and revise existing plans for approximately 7,200 SF mixed-use building (3 stories). Scope of work includes: Review existing architectural and engineering drawings ( We have floor plans , elevations but I believe construction details must be revised ) Revise plans to comply with current New Jersey UCC Building Subcode and applicable IRC/IBC requirements Prepare complete permit-ready drawing set for municipal submission Architect must be experienced with: New Jersey UCC Building Subcode (2021) International Building Code 2021 (IBC 2021) Mixed-use occupancy classification and separation requirements Means of egress and life safety compliance Accessibility / ADA compliance Permit submission requirements in New Jersey municipalities Please read: You must have experience with similar project , do not send me renders of buildings and or elevations and floor plans .
