Revise Existing Residential Permit Plans (DWG Provided) – Add Attic & Exterior Deck

Project Overview We are looking for an experienced residential architectural designer or draftsperson to revise an existing permitted residential plan set. This is not a new design project. The original architectural plans are complete, and we will provide the original DWG files along with the current PDF permit set. The City has requested revised plans to reflect changes made during construction. Files Provided • Original AutoCAD DWG files • Existing architectural PDF permit set • Multiple 3D renderings showing the revised design • Written description of required changes Scope of Work Revise the existing permit drawings to include: 1. Second Floor Attic • Add new attic space above the addition • Space will house the HVAC equipment • Update all affected floor plans, elevations, sections (if required), roof plan, and square footage calculations • Show any required access 2. New Exterior Deck • Add new exterior deck/landing for the rear stairs • Match the attached renderings 3. Update Permit Set Revise all sheets affected by these changes, including (as necessary): • Floor Plans • Elevations • Foundation/Deck Details (if required) • Roof Plan (if required) • Site Plan • Building Area / Heated Square Footage calculations • Any notes necessary for permit resubmittal The goal is to produce a clean revised permit set suitable for submission to the city.
