Revit/BIM Freelancer for Telecom Project

We are seeking an experienced Revit/BIM Modeler with a strong background in commercial electrical, telecom and low-voltage projects to support an ongoing, fast-paced construction project. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience creating LOD 400-500 Revit models, producing detailed installation/shop drawings, and performing BIM coordination using Revizto. Responsibilities include modeling cable trays, conduits, telecom equipment, racks, supports, and associated infrastructure; identifying and resolving clashes with architectural, structural, MEP, and other trades; participating in coordination efforts through Revizto; incorporating redline markups and design revisions; and preparing accurate, construction-ready shop drawings that comply with project standards. The candidate must be proficient in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit worksharing, linked models, and large multidisciplinary BIM environments. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and excellent communication skills are essential. Previous experience delivering telecom coordination and shop drawings for large commercial, institutional, correctional, healthcare, transportation, or data center projects is highly preferred.
