Provide architectural plans for a 150' x 60' (9,000 sq. ft.) post-frame building on a concrete slab. This is a multi-functional building featuring warehouse storage, professional office space, and individual flex-warehouse rental units. Layout & Scope The building is divided into two primary zones: 1. Two-Story Warehouse & Office Wing (60' x 70' Section) First Floor: Open warehouse storage with one bathroom. Second Floor (Loft): 30' x 30' interior second story for professional offices and one bathroom. 2. Flex-Storage Rental Units (80' x 60' Section) Divided into four (4) 20' x 60' individual units.
