Revit Drafter Needed for Restaurant Construction Documentation Sets

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Revit drafter / architectural production specialist to help create construction documentation sets for multiple restaurant projects. The design will already be completed. A Revit model and a sample construction document set will be provided. The main task is to create sheets, views, annotations, dimensions, tags, keynotes, and draft detail sheets following the provided sample standards. Scope of Work: Set up sheets and views in Revit Create and annotate floor plans Create finish plans Create reflected ceiling plans Create millwork plans Create interior elevations Draft detail sheets based on the provided sample set In some cases, create exterior elevations Coordinate drawings to match the sample set and project standards Export final PDF drawing sets Required Skills: Strong Revit knowledge is required Experience creating architectural construction documents Ability to follow an existing sample set and drafting standards Good understanding of floor plans, RCPs, finish plans, elevations, and details Restaurant / retail project experience is preferred Good communication and ability to ask clear questions when information is missing Files Provided: Revit model Sample construction document set Design information / markups as needed Preferred Work Style: This will likely be ongoing work for multiple restaurant projects. We would like to start with one project as a test, then continue with more projects if the quality and communication are good. Please include examples of previous Revit construction documentation work, especially restaurant, retail, or interior fit-out projects.
