Revit Drafting Service for Architectural Plans

The project has an updated Revit model that has the corrected 3D geometry, and a stack of resolved plan check corrections that need to be reflected on the architectural sheets. I need a Revit-fluent draftsperson to take my Revit model as the underlying geometry, produce the architectural sheets to closely resemble the format, layout, and organization of the previous plan check submittal, and integrate the plan checker's architectural correction items into that set. Scope of Work Take the current Revit model (I will provide the .rvt file) as the underlying geometry. Do not change design intent, sheet numbering, title block choice, layout, or organization of the architectural set. The purpose of the exercise is to give the plan check engineer a set she can compare directly against the version she has already reviewed, so a mirror of the prior format is the goal. Recreate the architectural sheets from the model. Use the same sheet numbers, title block, sheet order, and annotation conventions used in the prior plan check set. Address the architectural items on the LADBS plan checker's correction sheets. I will provide the annotated correction sheets and a written item-by-item response outline noting which items are architectural versus other-discipline. Match the format, look, and organization of the prior plan check set as closely as the corrections allow. Do not renumber sheets, do not unify or replace title blocks, do not reorder the sheet index, do not switch annotation conventions. Any deviation from the prior set format must be raised with me before it is made. Deliver the final architectural set as the updated Revit file (.rvt) with the architectural sheets clean and current. Reference Materials I Will Provide Current Revit model (.rvt) with existing geometry and views The LADBS plan check correction packet. Required Skills and Experience Fluent in Revit 2024 or 2026, including working with existing models, existing title block families, existing sheet templates and view templates, and mirroring an existing sheet organization from a source PDF Prior experience producing LADBS residential architectural sets (or equivalent California AHJ experience with hillside overlays). Ability to read and interpret hand-annotated LADBS plan check corrections and translate them into sheet edits, code compliance callouts, and general notes without reorganizing the underlying set English fluency for direct written communication and code-note authoring Discipline to follow a "do not reorganize" instruction strictly; the ability to match an existing format is more valuable on this job than the ability to improve one.
