Revit Expert Needed for Full Construction Documents and 3D Home Renderings

We are looking for an experienced architectural designer / Revit drafter to help us create full construction document sets for residential house plans. This is for an ongoing stock house plan business where we will be creating multiple residential home plans ranging from approximately 1,000 sq. ft. to 2,500 sq. ft. You must be able to work in Revit and create complete, clean, professional construction documents. We are not looking for basic architectural drawings only. We need full construction document sets with proper dimensions, call-outs, notes, structural elements, MEP placement, elevations, sections, title blocks, and rendered visuals. What we will provide: Floor plan sketches General dimensions Elevation ideas AI-generated rendering concepts Exterior style references Notes on layout, rooms, and design intent Any additional direction needed for the house plan What you will be responsible for: Creating the full Revit model Creating a professional title block Producing full construction document sheets Creating floor plans, roof plans, foundation plans, elevations, sections, and details Showing structural elements needed for the home Showing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing placement Adding proper dimensions, call-outs, notes, schedules, and construction details Creating exterior renderings based on the provided concept direction Delivering clean PDF construction documents Providing the Revit source file Making sure the plans are organized, professional, and easy for contractors/builders to understand Required experience: Strong Revit experience Residential house plan design experience Construction document experience Understanding of structural design elements Understanding of MEP placement Ability to create professional renderings Ability to work from sketches, AI concepts, and written instructions Ability to create clean, detailed, builder-friendly plan sets Important: These plans are intended to be sold as stock house plans. They must look professional and complete. The buyer may still need to have the plans reviewed, engineered, stamped, or modified by a local licensed professional depending on their location, but your work must be detailed enough to serve as a full construction document package. Budget: We are paying $400 per completed construction document set. This includes the Revit model, construction sheets, title block, structural elements, MEP placement, dimensions, call-outs, and exterior renderings. This can become ongoing work for the right person, as we plan to create many house plans. Reference requirement: Before being hired, you must provide examples of previous residential construction document work. We also need references from previous clients, preferably clients based in the United States, that we can contact to verify your experience and quality of work.
