Revit Interior Designer Needed for Living Room & Bedroom Layout (50 sqm)

We are looking for a skilled Revit Interior Designer to develop a detailed interior layout for a 50 sqm residential space, including the living room and bedroom(s). The design should be functional, aesthetically pleasing, and accurately modeled in Revit while incorporating specific furniture pieces that will be provided. Scope of Work: Develop an efficient furniture layout for the living room and bedroom(s). Model the space in Autodesk Revit with accurate dimensions. Incorporate the provided furniture and ensure proper spacing and circulation. Suggest minor layout improvements where appropriate while maintaining the design intent. Deliver a clean, organized Revit model ready for further design development. Deliverables: Furniture layout plans. Basic annotated floor plan (if needed). PDF export of the final layout. Requirements: Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit. Experience in residential interior design and space planning. Good understanding of furniture dimensions, ergonomics, and circulation. Ability to follow instructions while offering practical design suggestions. Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines. This is a small project with the potential for ongoing collaboration on future interior design and Revit modeling work.
