Rewrtite mobile app from ionic to react native

I have a mobile app currently live on both App Store and Google Play, built with Ionic. I need to rebuild it from scratch in React Native (with Expo if you prefer). The app is in the insurance space and covers three main areas: User registration and authentication Create a request — a multi-page form driven by a remote JSON config (fields include text inputs, radio buttons, date pickers, file uploads, etc.) Request history — view past submissions, upload and download documents Why this is a well-scoped job: Full functional requirements document available Complete API documentation already extracted and ready (clean, structured reference) The existing Ionic app is a working reference for every screen and flow With good planning, tools like Claude Code or Codex can assist significantly with the refactor — I'm open to candidates who work smart with AI tooling What I'm looking for: Solid React Native experience, Expo bare workflow a plus Shipped apps on both stores Comfortable consuming REST APIs and implementing dynamic form rendering from JSON schema Clean, maintainable code — this is a rebuild, not a patch job To apply: Tell me about a similar app you've built, your framework/tooling approach, estimated timeline, and your fixed price bid.
