Rewst Automation Implementation - Centralized Services

Courser is seeking an experienced Rewst resource to assist with the setup, configuration, testing, and launch of several custom development automations The focus of this engagement is to serve as a hands-on setup assistant and mentor to a Courser resource who is new to Rewst. This is not intended to be a fully independent build-from-scratch role. Instead, the contractor will guide the resource through the setup and configuration of existing new Rewst automations, explain key platform concepts, help validate configuration decisions, troubleshoot issues, and build the Courser team’s ability to support the workflows after launch. Responsibilities include helping the Courser resource develop multiple new automations. The contractor will act as both a development assistant and mentor, guiding the Courser resource through the development process while explaining how the workflows are structured and maintained. This includes coaching the Courser resource on Rewst concepts, workflow structure, forms, integrations, organization variables, permissions, testing, troubleshooting, and environment-specific configuration. The contractor will also help configure organization variables, integrations, workflow settings, forms, permissions, and customer-specific requirements. The role also includes participating in weekly cadence calls with Courser and Courser stakeholders. The contractor will provide concise written status updates covering completed work, open questions, blockers, risks, and next steps. They will also assist with launch readiness, helpdesk enablement, documentation, and final handoff. A successful engagement should leave the Courser resource prepared to monitor, support, customize, and escalate workflow issues after implementation. The ideal contractor has hands-on experience with Rewst or comparable workflow automation platforms. They should understand workflow logic, forms, integrations, permissions, variables, testing, and troubleshooting. Just as importantly, they should be able to explain technical concepts clearly to someone who is new to the platform. Experience mentoring, coaching, training, or supporting less-experienced technical resources is strongly preferred. This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable guiding implementation work collaboratively instead of simply completing tasks independently. Strong documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and troubleshooting skills are required.
