Summary

We are seeking a RingCentral expert to design and implement calling and SMS functionalities within our custom Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate will have experience with RingCentral APIs and can ensure seamless integration for making outbound calls and sending/receiving SMS.

Deliverables

Review or rebuild RingCentral app configuration
Recommend correct architecture for calling + SMS
Ensure correct device/extension configuration
Implement proper calling method
Set up SMS sending/receiving
Provide guidance for long-term stability
