Overview: Daloopa is a fast-growing fintech company headquartered in New York City. We are looking for an experienced Rippling consultant to audit our current onboarding and offboarding processes and build automated workflows within Rippling that are scalable, compliant, and operationally efficient. Objectives: - Audit current onboarding and offboarding workflows in Rippling and identify gaps and inefficiencies - Design and build automated workflows that reduce manual touchpoints and ensure a consistent, compliant experience for every new hire and departure - Ensure all workflows account for multi-state compliance requirements across the US - Document all workflows and automations so the internal HR team can manage and maintain them going forward Deliverables: - Current state audit with findings and recommendations - Fully built and tested onboarding workflow in Rippling - Fully built and tested offboarding workflow in Rippling - Standard operating procedures and documentation for each workflow - Handoff session with the internal HR team to walk through everything that was built Ideal Consultant Profile: - Proven hands-on experience building workflows and automations in Rippling - Familiarity with multi-state employment requirements - Experience working with high-growth startups or tech companies - Available to complete the project within 4-6 weeks Timeline: Looking to kick off as soon as possible.
