Rive character rigger — bendable-arm mascot puppet + whiteboard-writing system

Hi! We're Concurrency, a Microsoft systems integrator. We have a brand mascot ("Rocket Man") we want rigged in Rive as a reusable puppet - specifically, we need him to "write" short messages on a whiteboard with his arm. Everything is fully specified (we have an annotated motion diagram + spec), so you'd be executing a clear brief, not designing from scratch. We'll share the spec, the artwork (SVG), and a Rive file with the character already imported with shortlisted candidates. Scope / deliverables: 1. Rig the supplied vector character in Rive (bones + weighted mesh) so his arm bends smoothly - it PIVOTS at the shoulder and BENDS at the elbow (two joints, no outline breaks) - and his legs articulate at hip/knee/ankle. 2. Three looping animations: arm wave/point, a walk cycle, and a run cycle. 3. A reusable "whiteboard-writing" system (see the diagram we'll share). He stands to the RIGHT of the board and writes a short message: his arm works within a natural ~6-line reach (pivots at the shoulder, bends at the elbow - NO telescoping/stretching), and he uses small side-steps / the walk cycle to cover the width and move down the board, like a presenter at a chalkboard. He grabs a small marker from the tray, writes (blue by default; black or red for emphasis), and returns it - all reusable. Deliverables: the marker rig (grab-from-tray, return, swappable color), one fully worked example, and a reusable template so we can swap in new messages ourselves without re-rigging. 4. On-model always: only the arm and legs move; the body and head stay rigid; three brand colors only (blue/black/white). Final delivery: the editable .riv source file + exported clips (9:16 primary; 1:1 and 16:9 if easy) of each animation and the example message. Ideal candidate: - Proven Rive character-rig work (please link a live file or reel). - Clean limb deformation - smooth "rubber-hose" bends, no tearing at joints. - Walk/run cycles in your portfolio. Budget & milestones: we've set a starting fixed price and prefer to work in milestones. We're happy to begin with a small paid test on the arm (arm rig + wave), then greenlight the walk, run, and the whiteboard-writing system. We pay for quality.
