Riverside Podcast Editor

We are seeking a talented and reliable Freelance Riverside Podcast Video Editor to work with a growing company specializing in long-form podcast content and short-form social media storytelling. In this freelance role, you will be responsible for editing podcast episodes using Riverside, along with creating polished deliverables that are ready for publishing. This is an ongoing, project-based opportunity with consistent work for the right editor. As an extension of our creative team, you will transform raw podcast recordings into clean, engaging episodes that reflect the quality of our clients' brands. You'll work independently while collaborating with our production team to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet our editing standards. This is a fully remote, paid freelance position ideal for editors who are organized, dependable, and experienced with Riverside's editing platform. We're looking for someone who can manage recurring weekly assignments, communicate effectively, and maintain exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities -Edit podcast video episodes using Riverside's editor to create polished, publication-ready content -Trim mistakes, improve pacing, and ensure smooth transitions throughout each episode -Sync audio and video, balance audio levels, and perform basic cleanup as needed -Export videos according to platform specifications and client requirements -Collaborate with the team to ensure edits align with project goals and brand standards -Maintain organized project files and consistently meet deadlines across multiple weekly projects -Identify and communicate any technical issues with recordings when necessary Qualifications -Proven experience editing podcasts or long-form video content using Riverside -Strong understanding of podcast post-production workflows and storytelling -Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work -Strong communication and time management skills -Ability to work independently while managing recurring freelance assignments -Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other professional editing software is a plus but not required Application Requirements To be considered, please submit a demo reel, portfolio, or links to recent podcast editing projects that showcase your work.
