Roblox Video Animation

We are looking for creative and reliable 3D Animators to help us bring our YouTube channel to life. Our content focuses on Roblox, and we need someone who can turn scripts and storyboards into engaging, fluid 3D animations. This is an ongoing project with the potential for consistent weekly work if we find the right fit. What You’ll Be Doing: Short-Form Animation: Creating engaging 3D animations capped at a maximum of 45 seconds per video. Character & Environment Animation: Bringing rigged models to life with expressive movements, realistic/stylized physics, and great timing. Scene Composition & Lighting: Setting up the mood, camera angles, and lighting to match the tone of each video. Collaboration: Working closely with our scriptwriters and video editors to ensure the animation matches the audio track/voiceover. Requirements: Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or Unreal Engine (please specify your weapon of choice in your proposal). Portfolio: A proven track record of 3D animation (showreel or previous project links are mandatory). Deadlines: Ability to meet regular deadlines. Communication: Strong communication skills and willingness to take constructive feedback. Budget & Timeline: Project Type: Ongoing / Long-term Rate: Up to $70 per animation, depending entirely on the quality and complexity of the work delivered. * Animation Length: Strictly capped at 45 seconds per project. Trial Period: We will start with a short, paid test animation (10–15 seconds) to see if our styles and workflows align.
