Romanian Marketing Copywriter & Content Operations Specialist for Education Campaigns

We are looking for a strong Romanian-speaking marketing copywriter who can support a fast-moving education marketing account. This is not a simple content writing role. We need someone who can understand campaign goals, write clear copy, support paid media execution, prepare briefs for designers and creators, and keep content moving without constant follow-up. You will work on a client account in the international education sector. The audience is mainly Romanian and English -speaking adults interested in studying in the UK. What you will do: You will help us produce and organize marketing content across paid ads, landing pages, social media, newsletters, creator videos, and internal campaign flows. Main responsibilities: Write ad copy for Meta, TikTok, Google, and other paid channels Write hooks, headlines, CTAs, captions, and short campaign messages Support landing page copy and lead-generation messaging Prepare social media copy for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn when needed Write creator briefs, video hooks, scripts, captions, and content directions Turn campaign ideas into clear copy directions for designers and paid media specialists Help structure content calendars and campaign messaging Improve existing copy so it is clearer, sharper, and more conversion-focused Support newsletters, referral messages, WhatsApp-style messages, and student-facing communication Work inside project management tools and keep assigned tasks updated Coordinate with marketing managers, designers, paid media specialists, and client-side team members We need someone who can think, not just write. You should understand what the campaign is trying to achieve, who we are speaking to, what the audience cares about, and what the next action should be. Required skills: Excellent Romanian writing skills (Native Romanian is a must) Good English skills Experience writing marketing copy Experience with social media, paid ads, landing pages, or lead generation campaigns Ability to write short-form and medium-form copy Ability to work from briefs, but also improve weak briefs Structured working style Reliable delivery Good communication Attention to detail Ability to take feedback and apply it quickly Basic understanding of campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, and conversion logic Experience with any of the following is a plus: Education marketing Student recruitment Romanian audiences abroad UK study programs Creator video briefs Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads Working with designers and paid media teams Good copy in this role should answer: Who are we talking to? What problem or desire are we addressing? Why should they care now? What should they do next? Where will the copy be used? How does this message support the campaign goal? We are looking for someone who can work in a practical, structured, and responsible way.
