Russian-Speaking IP Licensing Assistant (Patent / PPE Industry)

I'm the owner of a European patent portfolio in the cut-resistant glove industry (EP3563704 B1, active in 17 EU countries + Turkey until 2037). I'm actively commercializing the IP through exclusive licensing deals with Tier-1 PPE manufacturers. I need a sharp, detail-oriented assistant who speaks Russian and English fluently to help me move faster on several fronts: What you'll work on: Claim charts — comparing competitor products (Ejendals, Uvex, Mapa, Delta Plus) against patent claims Market research — identifying licensing targets, key contacts, trade show schedules Outreach — sending and managing email campaigns to potential licensees in English Document support — formatting pitch materials, memos, and licensing summaries Ideal background: Familiarity with patents or IP (legal, engineering, or business side) Experience in industrial/PPE sector is a plus, not required Strong English writing skills Organized, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity Payment: Fixed-price per deliverable. Each task is agreed and paid upon completion. No hourly rate. First paid task: Claim chart for one competitor product against EP3563704 B1 claims. Budget: $50-150 depending on quality.
