Russian-Speaking Video Editor for TikTok & Meta Ads

We are looking for a Russian-speaking video editor with experience creating performance creatives for TikTok and Meta. This is not a one-time freelance project. We are looking for a long-term team member and will hire the right candidate full-time after a paid evaluation process. What you'll do: * Edit short-form ad creatives (15–60 sec) * Work with UGC footage, scripts, and references * Create engaging hooks, subtitles, and fast-paced edits * Produce variations of winning creatives Requirements: * Fluent Russian * Experience editing performance marketing creatives * Understanding of hooks, retention, and direct-response advertising * Ability to work quickly and implement feedback To apply, please send: 1.
