Russian Translator / Proofreader for AI Chatbot, YouTube Subtitles & Website Localization We are looking for a native Russian translator, proofreader and localization specialist to help us adapt selected e-commerce, AI chatbot and video content for Russian-speaking users. This is a real test project for a Portugal-based e-commerce brand. The goal is not only direct translation, but high-quality Russian localization: natural wording, clear tone, customer-friendly language and human proofreading of AI-generated or draft content. Scope of work: Russian translation and proofreading • Translate selected English / Turkish source content into natural Russian • Proofread Russian copy for grammar, clarity, tone and readability • Rewrite unnatural or machine-translated Russian text • Make customer-facing text sound clear, human and trustworthy AI chatbot localization • Review AI chatbot messages in Russian • Improve chatbot replies for clarity, tone and customer support quality • Localize FAQ answers, support flows and short customer service messages • Check if chatbot responses sound natural for Russian-speaking users YouTube subtitle and video content localization • Translate or proofread short YouTube subtitle text • Review SRT / VTT subtitle files if needed • Improve AI-generated subtitles • Localize YouTube titles, descriptions and hashtags • Adapt captions for YouTube Shorts, Reels or TikTok-style content Website and e-commerce localization • Review homepage sections, product descriptions and campaign copy • Improve Russian UX copy, banners and microcopy • Check product page wording for clarity and trust • Suggest better Russian phrasing for customer-facing content Ideal freelancer: • Native Russian speaker • Strong English to Russian translation skills • Portuguese&Turkish to Russian translation ability is a plus • Experience or interest in proofreading, copy editing and localization • Comfortable reviewing AI-generated content • Able to improve chatbot, subtitle and website copy • Detail-oriented, reliable and clear in communication • Interest in e-commerce, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, SaaS or customer support content Deliverables: • Clean Russian localized copy in Google Docs or Word • Proofread and improved Russian text • Short notes explaining important wording or localization changes • AI chatbot / subtitle / website localization QA comments where needed • Final version ready for use or internal review
