You'll do: Proofread for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax Flag awkward or unnatural phrasing Check consistency in terminology and style Verify names/titles are correctly rendered Requirements: Native or near-native Russian fluency Strong English reading comprehension Proven proofreading/editing experience (books or long-form content preferred) Comfortable with Word Track Changes/Comments Reliable and deadline-driven
