Russian-speaking Project Manager/Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager / Product Owner to support our ongoing projects by conducting scoping (discovery) work and translating client requirements into actionable deliverables for our development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user stories, requirements gathering, and project scoping. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to gather and define the scope of their projects, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business needs. Develop comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria. Facilitate workshops or meetings to discuss project objectives, requirements, and challenges. Work closely with the development team to ensure the project is executed in alignment with the defined scope and timelines. Assist in prioritising features and managing the project backlog. Requirements: Fluent in Russian (essential for internal communication). Proven experience in scoping and requirements gathering for software development projects. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and user story creation. Ability to bridge the gap between client needs and technical execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent English is a must). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
