Rust blockchain developer (long-term)

I'm looking for an experienced rust blockchain developer to join a long-term blockchain project. This isn't a simple contract-writing task. I'm looking for someone who can build, maintain, and continuously improve production-grade smart contracts while implementing integrations with the surrounding blockchain ecosystem. You'll work on both new development and ongoing maintenance, with a strong focus on security, reliability, clean architecture, and performance. Responsibilities • Design and develop Rust smart contracts • Maintain and upgrade existing contracts • Implement blockchain protocol integrations • Integrate smart contracts with backend services and external protocols • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code • Review architecture and suggest technical improvements • Troubleshoot production issues when necessary • Participate in technical discussions and propose better solutions Requirements • Strong professional experience with Rust • Experience developing blockchain smart contracts • Deep understanding of blockchain architecture • Experience with contract deployment and upgrades • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills • Experience writing automated tests • Good understanding of security best practices • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Good written English communication Nice to Have • Experience with DEX protocols • Experience integrating wallets and blockchain infrastructure • Experience optimizing smart contract performance • Experience reviewing or auditing smart contracts • Open-source blockchain contributions • Experience building production blockchain applications When applying, please include: 1.
