SAAS explainer video

I have a 90s video I need making. It is a SAAS explainer video of www.reco.tips. I have a script of the design I am thinking of and this has 17 scenes - I will provide video for most of them. The rest will be you joining it together and adding other elements to illustrate the points made. The narration takes 90-100s. Please can you confirm a quote and timeline. Just so we are clear on what I do not want... - I do not just want static images and mock images of the platform. - I do not want the voiceover subtitled onto the page - I do not what any non-human animation characters or totally fake screens of my platform. I want to use AI videos to illustrate the process with generated characters, and I will provide video or images of the platform. We have to bring this to life To a shortlist, I will share videos that I have generated to illustrate the process, and the scenes I described in the PDF. Please let me know what you think. Thanks
