About the Project APAN Energy Services Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Business One Functional Consultant to partner with our executive team in developing a comprehensive SAP Business One Operations Playbook. This is a strategic process documentation and ERP governance engagement—not a software development project. The successful consultant will work closely with executive leadership to analyze, document, standardize, and optimize our business processes while aligning them with SAP Business One best practices. The objective is to create an enterprise-level operational framework that improves governance, standardizes processes, strengthens internal controls, supports training, and provides a scalable foundation for future business growth. Scope of Work The consultant will be responsible for documenting and developing standardized processes across multiple SAP Business One functional areas, including but not limited to: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Requisition Management Purchase Orders Vendor Management Goods Receipt Inventory & Warehouse Management Accounts Payable Payment Processing Project Procurement Fixed Assets Document Management Approval Workflows Finance Processes Internal Controls User Roles & Permissions Additional modules may be added based on project progress and business requirements. Deliverables The successful consultant will develop a professional SAP Business One Operations Playbook that includes: Executive Process Documentation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Business Process Maps Swimlane Diagrams RACI Matrices Approval Matrices User Guides Work Instructions Internal Control Documentation Segregation of Duties (SoD) Exception Handling Procedures KPI Recommendations Training Documentation Process Improvement Recommendations Governance Framework All documentation should be professionally structured and suitable for executive review, operational implementation, and employee training.
