SAP & ERP Consultant / Advisor Needed (Ongoing Advisory Engagement)

About the Role We're an IT consulting and advisory firm looking to bring on an experienced SAP & ERP consultant to support client engagements on an ongoing advisory basis. This isn't a single-project implementation — we need a trusted expert we can loop in for strategic guidance, technical reviews, and hands-on support as client needs come up. What You'll Do * Advise on SAP and broader ERP strategy, architecture, and best practices for mid-size to enterprise clients * Review and troubleshoot existing SAP configurations, workflows, and integrations * Support system evaluations, module selection, and vendor/ERP comparisons * Assist with data migration, integration, and process optimization discussions * Provide clear, business-friendly recommendations to non-technical stakeholders * Occasionally join client calls as a subject-matter expert What We're Looking For * 5+ years hands-on experience with SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, or equivalent) and general ERP systems * Strong grasp of core modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, or relevant to your specialization) * Experience advising clients or internal teams, not just executing tickets — we need someone comfortable explaining tradeoffs, not just implementing * Excellent written and verbal English communication * Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight, U.S. business hours overlap preferred * Prior consulting/advisory experience is a strong plus How to Apply Please include: * A brief summary of your SAP/ERP background and the modules/industries you've worked in * An example of a time you advised a client through a complex ERP decision or migration We're looking to move quickly and start with a short paid trial engagement before committing to an ongoing arrangement.
