JoinNOW is a company that connects German businesses with AI-vetted tech professionals and manages hiring, compliance, and onboarding for enterprise clients in the DACH region. They are expanding their India-based SAP delivery capability for ongoing German enterprise-grade SAP projects, with operations centered in Bangalore. We are assisting JoinNOW in identifying senior SAP experts based in India for full-time collaboration, working from Bangalore (on-site or hybrid). We're Looking For: - SAP HCM Expert (German HR/payroll compliance exposure is a plus) - SAP Cloud Integration Specialist (CPI / PI / PO) - SAP ABAP Developer - Any SAP consultant with deep enterprise-level implementation experience Ideal Candidate Profile: 1. Based in India, open to working from Bangalore 2. Experience working with German or DACH-region enterprise clients 3. Familiar with German delivery standards — structured documentation, precision, and timeline reliability 4. Strong communication in English (German language skills are welcome but optional) 5.
