# SDR / BDR – US SMB Outbound Sales We're a venture-backed company building a high-performance outbound sales team focused on US small and mid-sized businesses. We're hiring our first cohort of SDRs/BDRs and are looking for ambitious, hard-working sales professionals who enjoy outbound prospecting and want to be part of building something from the ground up. This is a phone-first outbound role. You'll be responsible for generating meetings through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to business owners and decision-makers across a variety of traditional industries. Our target customers include businesses in sectors such as trucking, transportation, restaurants, hospitality, construction, manufacturing, home services, healthcare, retail, and other non-tech industries. ## What You'll Do * Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn * Identify and engage decision-makers at US SMB and mid-market companies * Qualify prospects and schedule meetings * Research accounts and build targeted prospect lists * Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking * Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies * Help build and improve the outbound playbook as the team scales ## What We're Looking For * Previous SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales experience * Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone * Strong objection-handling and communication skills * Self-motivated and highly disciplined * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment * Strong work ethic and a desire to continuously improve * Experience selling to US businesses is a plus * Experience selling into traditional SMB industries is a strong plus ## Compensation * Competitive base compensation * Performance-based bonuses * Long-term opportunity with significant career growth potential * Opportunity to join the team early and help shape the outbound organization ## To Apply Please include: 1.
