ABOUT US Nurtured is a go-to-market (GTM) agency. We run 90-day outbound sales campaigns for early-stage B2B startups — building the ICP, writing the messaging, and running the outbound that fills their pipeline. Many of our campaigns can extend into long-term engagements. We're currently sourcing SDRs across several active campaigns and are looking for reliable outbound reps to place on the campaign that fits them best. THE OPPORTUNITY This is a remote, hourly role paid at $3/hr through Upwork. You'd be placed on one client campaign and run the outbound for it. Our campaigns span a range of B2B verticals, including: Healthcare / clinical SaaS Fintech, FX, and cross-border payments HR tech and recruiting technology AI/ML products and services Recruitment and outsourced talent EdTech / school-management software Interactive presentation software AI-driven nutrition and product-data platforms WHAT YOU'LL DO Run multi-channel outbound (cold calls, email, LinkedIn) to a defined ICP Cold call daily — this is a phone-forward role Book qualified meetings for the campaign you're placed on Personalize outreach and handle objections Keep your pipeline and activity clean in the CRM Work closely with us on messaging and iteration WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR A strong, confident cold caller who is not afraid of the phone Prior B2B outbound / SDR / sales experience Self-directed, coachable, and consistent Excellent written and spoken English Reliable remote setup (quiet space, good internet, headset)
