SDR / Outbound Sales Development Representative – Dental AI Startup

Summary

We are looking for an experienced SDR who can help us build pipeline for an AI-powered dental technology startup. Our platform helps dental practices capture more patients, reduce missed calls, and improve front-office efficiency through AI-powered phone automation and scheduling. We are actively recruiting pilot customers and early adopters. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with high-volume outreach, and capable of owning the entire prospecting process—from building lists to booking qualified meetings. Responsibilities Build targeted prospect lists of dental practices across the United States Identify practice owners, office managers, and decision makers Conduct cold calling campaigns (target: 100-120 calls per day) Send follow-up emails and LinkedIn outreach Qualify prospects and schedule demos Maintain accurate records within our CRM Work inside our CRM and sales process Track activity and report results weekly Continuously improve outreach messaging and targeting Requirements Proven SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, or cold-calling experience Comfortable making 100-120+ outbound calls daily Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar Ability to learn and follow an existing sales process Experience building prospect lists using Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless, or similar tools Strong spoken and written English Self-managed and reliable Able to work U.S. business hours Preferred Healthcare, dental, SaaS, AI, or technology sales experience Experience selling to medical or dental practices Experience working with startups Success Metrics Qualified meetings booked Conversations with decision makers Prospect list quality CRM hygiene and activity tracking Pipeline generated Application Instructions Please include: Your SDR or cold-calling experience Average number of calls you make per day Examples of results you've achieved CRM systems you've used List-building tools you've used A short voice recording introducing yourself Your hourly rate and availability Compensation Hourly + performance bonuses Long-term opportunity for the right candidate Potential leadership role as the team grows About Us We are building an AI voice receptionist for dental practices that answers calls, schedules appointments, handles common patient questions, and helps practices capture revenue that would otherwise be lost through missed calls and voicemail.
