We are looking for a highly experienced Performance Marketing specialist with a strong focus on Google Ads and proven B2B experience. This is not a role for a general digital marketer. We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing at an advanced level, has managed large accounts and budgets, and can independently develop and execute sophisticated acquisition strategies. What you'll be responsible for • Strategic and operational management of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta campaigns • Planning, optimization and scaling of Search, Shopping, PMAX, Display and Remarketing campaigns • Development of cross-channel acquisition strategies across Google, Microsoft and Meta • Budget allocation and performance optimization based on business objectives • Identification and implementation of growth opportunities across the entire funnel • Performance analysis, reporting and actionable recommendations What we're looking for • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing • Strong B2B experience is required • Deep expertise in Google Ads, especially Search, Shopping and PMAX • Strong understanding of how different campaign types interact and influence each other • Experience managing larger budgets and complex account structures • Advanced knowledge of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, attribution and tracking • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently Examples of expertise we expect You should be able to confidently explain and implement topics such as: • How PMAX, Shopping, Search, Display and Remarketing should work together within an account • When to separate campaign structures to gain more control over performance • How to prioritize specific products, categories or business goals within campaign setups • How to influence traffic quality and channel mix through campaign architecture and bidding strategies • How to control and optimize mobile versus desktop traffic where appropriate • How to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency and lead quality • How to allocate budgets across Google, Microsoft Ads and Meta to maximize business outcomes Please answer the following when applying How many years of hands-on experience do you have with Google Ads?
