About iGent We're iGent, a digital visibility agency. We help brands get found, on Google and increasingly inside AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. We're expanding our team and looking for an SEO/AEO specialist who can own client accounts and deliver results we can stand behind. This is a long term engagement, not a one off project. If you do good work, you stay. Who we want Someone who has actually ranked clients and can prove it. Not someone who can describe a strategy well, but someone who has dashboards, screenshots, and before/after numbers from real accounts. We work with clients across various industries, so range matters. You should be equally comfortable with classic SEO fundamentals and the newer AEO/GEO layer: entity optimization, schema, structured content, and getting brands cited as sources by LLMs. What you'll do Own technical and content audits for assigned client accounts Build keyword and topic strategies covering both search intent and conversational/prompt-style queries Optimize for AI answer engines: entity clarity, schema markup, citation-worthy content structure On-page optimization and content briefs Authority building through digital PR, strategic links, and presence on sources LLMs actually cite Set up and maintain client-facing dashboards tracking rankings, traffic, and AI citation share Report clearly to us and, where needed, directly to clients Requirements 3+ years in SEO, with at least 12 months of hands-on AEO/GEO work Track record of moving clients onto page one and holding position Fluent in GSC, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, Screaming Frog, and at least one AI visibility tool (Profound, Peec, Otterly, Scrunch, or similar) Solid grasp of schema, entity SEO, and how retrieval systems pick sources Clear written English and the ability to explain your reasoning, not just your task list Available for overlap with US/UK/Canada timezones To apply, send us: A detailed breakdown of your work so far.
