SEO Content Writer / VA for Local Rank & Rent Websites (Long-term)

I am an SEO specialist looking for a dedicated, results-driven Virtual Assistant to handle content creation for my portfolio of Rank and Rent / Local Lead Generation websites. We are currently launching a batch of 8 new local service sites (niches like Auto glass repair, electric gates, tree services, etc.) and need an efficient writer who understands how to optimize content for local search and high conversions. This may become a long-term role. If you perform well on these initial 8 sites, there will be consistent, ongoing work as the portfolio expands. Key Responsibilities: Write High-Converting Local Content: Craft homepages (1,500+ words) and service pages (500–700 words) that naturally incorporate geo-targeted keywords (e.g., "Emergency Plumber in [City Name]"). On-Page Formatting: Structure articles using proper H1, H2, and H3 hierarchies, short scannable paragraphs, and bullet points. Conversion Optimization: Strategically place compelling Calls-to-Action (CTAs) throughout the text to encourage users to call or fill out a quote form. Competitor Analysis: Look at the top-ranking local competitors for our target keywords and ensure our content is more thorough and authoritative. Requirements: Strong command of written English with a natural, conversational tone. Basic understanding of Local SEO principles (keyword density, localized intent, meta tags). Experience or familiarity with the Rank and Rent business model is a huge plus. Comfortable using AI writing tools (like ChatGPT or Claude) to speed up drafting, but you must be able to heavily edit, humanize, and localize the output. 100% raw AI copy will not be accepted.
