SEO Expert / SEO Growth Manager

Role Overview VoiceDrop is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the telemarketing and sales automation space. We help businesses reach prospects more efficiently through ringless voicemail and other outbound communication solutions. We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused SEO Expert to own and grow our organic search strategy from the ground up. This role is for someone who understands technical SEO, content strategy, keyword research, competitive analysis, and conversion-focused organic growth. We don’t just want traffic - we want qualified B2B leads, demos, and revenue. What You’ll Do - Build and execute a full SEO strategy for VoiceDrop. - Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent B2B SaaS and telemarketing-related search terms. - Analyze competitors and identify ranking opportunities. - Optimize existing website pages for technical SEO, on-page SEO, and conversions. - Create content briefs for landing pages, blog posts, comparison pages, and industry-specific pages. - Work with writers, designers, and developers to improve organic performance. - Identify backlink and authority-building opportunities. - Track rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions from SEO. - Build reporting dashboards and clearly explain what is working, what is not, and what needs to change. - Improve site structure, internal linking, metadata, schema, page speed, and crawlability. Must Have - Proven experience growing organic traffic for B2B SaaS companies. - Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content strategy. - Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, or similar. - Ability to find high-intent keywords that can generate qualified leads. - Experience creating SEO content strategies that go beyond generic blog posts. - Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect SEO performance to business outcomes. - Comfortable working independently and owning the SEO function end to end. - Clear communication skills and ability to explain SEO priorities to non-technical team members. Nice to Have - Experience in SaaS, sales tech, lead generation, telemarketing, VoIP, or marketing automation. - Experience building comparison pages, alternative pages, and landing pages for competitive keywords. - Familiarity with CRO and how SEO pages should convert visitors into booked demos. - Experience working with Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms. What Success Looks Like - Higher rankings for high-intent commercial keywords. - More qualified organic traffic. - More demo bookings and inbound leads from organic search. - Clear SEO reporting and a repeatable growth system. - A stronger organic presence against competitors in the outbound sales and telemarketing space. Growth Opportunity - If you perform well, this role can expand into leading SEO across the broader Momentum Labs portfolio, including VoiceDrop, 1Lookup, 1Capture, Prymatica, Emailchaser, and future SaaS brands. - This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build and own SEO growth across multiple B2B SaaS companies.
