Summary

We are seeking a highly driven freelancer to own and accelerate our search marketing efforts across SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Google Ads. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to generate qualified leads through organic search, AI-driven search experiences, and paid acquisition. We are looking for a proactive specialist who thinks strategically, executes independently, and continuously pushes for better results. Responsibilities • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns • Drive aggressive SEO growth and content optimization • Develop GEO strategies to improve visibility within AI search platforms • Perform keyword research and search intent analysis • Build and optimize landing pages for conversion • Improve rankings, traffic quality, and lead generation • Manage technical SEO and on-page optimization • Set up and maintain tracking, analytics, and reporting • Continuously test, refine, and improve performance Qualifications • Proven success with SEO and Google Ads • Strong understanding of GEO and emerging AI search trends • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking • Familiarity with WordPress and Elementor • Experience with B2B lead generation and conversion optimization • Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth Nice to Have • HubSpot or Salesforce experience • Technical SEO expertise • Manufacturing, ERP, or B2B consulting experience • Microsoft Ads experience We are looking for a long-term partner who is obsessed with growth and can connect visibility, traffic, and lead generation into a single, measurable system.
