# AI SEO, Growth & Founder Brand Specialist | Long-Term | No Agencies We are looking for an exceptional **AI SEO, Growth & Founder Brand Specialist** to join our long-term team building **IPW (Intellectual Property Web)** and **Clubby**, a next-generation AI-powered platform for communities, websites, creators and businesses. This is **not** a traditional SEO role. We're looking for someone who understands the future of online discovery—where people find products through **Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, AI Overviews, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and other AI-powered search experiences.** Our goal is to build a global technology company, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us over the long term. ## What You'll Be Working On * Develop and execute our overall organic growth strategy * Traditional SEO (technical, on-page and content) * AI SEO / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) * Improve visibility in AI search engines and AI assistants * Build content strategies that perform across Google and AI platforms * Keyword and topic research * Content planning and editorial calendars * Website optimisation and technical SEO audits * Internal linking and information architecture * Schema markup and structured data * Analytics and performance reporting * Digital PR and authority building * Founder branding and thought leadership * Social media growth * Community growth strategies * Product launch campaigns * Organic user acquisition ## Founder Brand An important part of this role is helping build the personal brand of the founder.
