SEO Growth Manager / Growth Lead

About Us We are a growing US-based company seeking an experienced SEO Growth Manager / Growth Lead to lead our digital growth initiatives. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who can develop and execute SEO strategies, manage paid campaigns, oversee social media growth, and collaborate closely with leadership to drive measurable business results. We're looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and passionate about delivering sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy. Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities. Optimize on-page and technical SEO. Improve website rankings and organic traffic. Develop and execute backlink strategies. Monitor performance and continuously optimize based on data. Paid Advertising Manage and optimize Google Ads (PPC) campaigns. Create and manage retargeting campaigns. Improve campaign performance and ROI. Track conversions and optimize lead generation. Social Media Growth Develop and execute social media growth strategies. Improve engagement and brand visibility across platforms. Work with content creators and designers to maintain a consistent brand presence. Strategy & Leadership Work directly with management on marketing and growth initiatives. Develop long-term digital growth strategies. Lead weekly team meetings. Coordinate with developers, designers, and other marketing team members. Identify new opportunities to increase traffic, leads, and conversions. Reporting & Analytics Prepare weekly performance reports. Track KPIs including rankings, traffic, conversions, and campaign performance. Present actionable insights and recommendations to management. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing. Proven track record of growing organic traffic and generating qualified leads. Strong understanding of technical SEO and on-page optimization. Experience with retargeting campaigns. Strong understanding of social media marketing and growth strategies. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects. Preferred Tools Experience with one or more of the following: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Search Console Google Tag Manager Screaming Frog Google Ads Microsoft Clarity Looker Studio HubSpot or similar CRM WordPress or other CMS platforms Working Hours This is a remote position. As we are a US-based company, applicants should be available to work during mutually overlapping hours with the US team for: Weekly meetings Strategy discussions Team collaboration Project planning You do not need to work full US business hours, but regular overlap is essential for effective communication.
