SEO Keyword Research & Competitor Gap Analysis (One-Time Project)

I am looking for an SEO specialist to run competitor research and deliver an actionable keyword strategy for my business. This is a one-time research project, not an ongoing retainer. Must speak clear English and be available for a video call. Deliverables (Clean Spreadsheet & Brief Summary): Competitor Analysis: Identify key competitors in my space, what keywords they rank for, and where their top organic traffic comes from. Keyword List: A list of high-intent keywords (buyer intent vs. general search), organized by search volume, difficulty, and relevance. Action Plan: A short 1-page summary highlighting the top 5–10 primary search terms I should target first on my site.
