We own our infrastructure: a proprietary client portal, AI-driven reporting and workflows, and a modern tech stack. We're not a content farm and we're not a checklist agency. We do things differently — and we're looking for someone who wants to do the same. 🎯 The Role We're hiring a part-time or full-time SEO Manager to take ownership of our client projects and drive measurable results. You'll run strategy and execution across multiple German-speaking accounts, work independently, and back every decision with data. ⚠️ Important: This role requires native-level German. Our clients are German businesses — all content, keyword research, and client-facing communication happens in German. Please only apply if you are a native German speaker (or genuinely at that level). 🔹 What You'll Own - Content & keyword strategy: research keywords, understand search intent and context, write content briefs — making sure we cover the right topics at the right time to push clients to #1. - Rankings & opportunities: monitor our clients' (and our own) rankings, spot optimization opportunities, and continuously improve visibility, traffic, and conversions. - SEO strategy & concepts: develop and implement innovative SEO strategies in close collaboration with clients. - Audits & analysis: run website audits (primarily content-level) and competitor analyses, and identify what to fix and improve. - Campaign tracking: monitor ongoing SEO campaigns and report on what's working. 🔹 Who We're Looking For - Native German speaker with excellent written German. - A 100% SEO nerd who genuinely loves this work. - Several years of hands-on SEO/SEA (and ideally web design) experience on the agency side — as an employee or freelancer. - Comfortable and excited about AI tools — you follow the latest developments closely and use them in your workflow. - A solid technical foundation and curiosity about new tech that impacts SEO. - Fluent in standard tools: Search Console, GA4, Sistrix, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. - Proactive and independent — you bring your own ideas, improve not just your own concepts but our existing systems, and back your work with data. - Structured, results-oriented, and genuinely curious about new trends. ✨ Why You'll Like Working With Us - Real ownership of accounts and strategy — no micromanagement. - A modern stack and proprietary tools (client portal, AI workflows) instead of clunky processes. - A motivated team that moves fast and takes SEO/GEO seriously. - Long-term collaboration with room to grow as we grow. 📩 How to Apply If you've read this far, we should talk.
