Job description: We run a B2B outbound lead generation agency and are looking for an experienced SEO specialist (or agency) to help us attract organic traffic from Google. Current situation: Right now, 100% of our website visitors come through referrals. We have ~23 active users and 36 page views per week - all from direct/referral traffic, zero from organic search. Our goal: Within 6 months, we want to reach a point where 20–30% of total leads come from organic search - people finding us on Google when looking for lead generation or outbound marketing services. To get there, we need everything set up and running from scratch. What we need: Full SEO audit of the current website Keyword research relevant to B2B lead generation / outbound services On-page optimization (meta tags, headings, page structure, content) Technical SEO fixes Content strategy to support organic growth Monthly progress tracking and reporting What we have: Google Analytics (GA4) is already set up. Current stats: 23 active users, 36 views in the last 7 days - solid baseline to track progress from day one. Who we're looking for: We're open to both individual specialists and agencies. What matters most is experience with B2B service websites and a proven track record of growing organic traffic.
