This role is focused exclusively on SEO, backlinks, directory submissions, digital PR, and content outreach. Objectives Over the next 30 days, we want to: * Increase referring domains * Improve domain authority * Secure high-quality backlinks * Improve rankings for communication coaching and executive communication keywords * Increase organic traffic to VoicePower Scope of Work 1. Directory Submission Submit VoicePower to relevant high-quality directories including: * Product Hunt * BetaList * G2 * Capterra * AlternativeTo * SaaSHub * Futurepedia * There’s An AI For That * Toolify * Other relevant AI and SaaS directories Responsibilities: * Complete listings * Upload screenshots and assets * Track approvals * Maintain submission tracker * Recommend additional directories 2. Backlink Outreach Research and secure backlinks through: * Guest posting * Founder interviews * Resource pages * AI tool roundups * SaaS comparison articles * Communication and leadership blogs * Startup communities Responsibilities: * Prospect relevant websites * Find decision makers * Craft personalized outreach * Manage follow-up sequences * Negotiate placements where appropriate * Track results 3. Digital PR Identify opportunities to secure mentions and backlinks from: * Business publications * Startup media * HR publications * Leadership publications * Career development websites * UAE and GCC business media Responsibilities: * Research opportunities * Draft outreach emails * Secure contributor opportunities * Track placements 4.
