SEO Project Manager (Lead Generation & E-Commerce) Location: Remote Type: Full-Time About Leadspring Leadspring is a results-driven affiliate SEO agency focused on quality, communication, and execution. We’re growing quickly and are looking for an experienced SEO Project Manager to help oversee our lead generation and e-commerce websites. About the Role You’ll manage SEO campaigns from strategy through execution, coordinating with content, development, outreach, and other teams to ensure projects are completed on time and deliver results. Our portfolio includes both lead generation websites and Shopify e-commerce websites, so experience with both is highly preferred. You’ll also work alongside our paid advertising team to help align SEO and paid marketing efforts. Requirements ✅ Advanced SEO experience with proven results ✅ Experience with lead generation SEO ✅ Experience with Shopify and e-commerce SEO ✅ Strong project management and organizational skills ✅ Excellent English communication skills ✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines ✅ Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable Preferred Qualifications ✅ Familiarity of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid advertising platforms ✅ Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and productivity ✅ Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Codex, Gemini, and ChatGPT ✅ Experience with affiliate websites is a plus Compensation & Benefits ✅ USD $1,000–$1,500/month depending on experience ✅ Full-time (40 hours/week) ✅ Flexible working hours ✅ Performance reviews every 3 months after the initial 6-month period ✅ Opportunities for salary increases and profit sharing based on performance If you have a strong SEO background, experience with lead generation and e-commerce websites, and enjoy managing projects in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
