The goal is to improve our visibility, strengthen our online presence, and create practical systems designed to generate qualified inquiries from customers interested in custom jewelry and significant diamond purchases. This is not an audit-only project. I need someone who can evaluate the current situation and then personally implement the agreed-upon priority improvements. Project objectives • Improve organic search visibility for high-intent jewelry searches • Attract qualified U.S. customers seeking custom rings and large-carat diamonds • Improve website conversion paths and consultation inquiries • Optimize our primary social media profiles • Develop and launch an actionable organic content strategy • Establish reliable tracking so future leads can be attributed properly Expected scope and deliverables Website and SEO • Complete technical and on-page SEO review • Identify and correct priority indexing, metadata, heading, linking, mobile, speed, and page-structure issues within the capabilities of the current website platform • Buyer-intent keyword research for custom jewelry, bespoke engagement rings, large-carat lab-grown diamonds, private diamond sourcing, and related services • Competitor research focused on luxury and custom jewelry businesses • Optimization of approximately five priority website pages • Improved page titles, meta descriptions, headings, copy placement, internal links, and calls to action • Recommendations and implementation guidance for any changes that require owner approval • Google Search Console and GA4 setup, verification, or optimization • Basic lead and conversion tracking for consultation forms, calls, or other meaningful inquiries • Google Business Profile review and optimization, where applicable Lead-generation and conversion • Review the website’s current inquiry and consultation process • Improve calls to action and customer paths toward contacting the business • Recommend practical lead-capture improvements appropriate for a high-value luxury business • Make clear distinctions between qualified prospective clients and general website traffic • Establish baseline performance metrics for future comparison Social media Review and optimize our major profiles, which may include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X. • Improve profile descriptions, links, keywords, calls to action, and branding consistency • Create a practical social media strategy centered on qualified inquiries—not vanity metrics • Develop a 30-day content plan • Create or optimize several initial pieces of content or reusable post templates • Recommend appropriate content themes, posting frequency, captions, hashtags, and conversion paths • Ensure social platforms direct prospective customers toward the website or consultation process Final delivery At completion, I expect: • A record of all work completed and changes made • Login-independent documentation so the business retains control of all accounts and assets • A prioritized 30-, 60-, and 90-day plan for continued growth • Baseline analytics and an explanation of how leads will be measured • A final consultation or written handoff explaining results and next steps Budget and project structure Fixed project budget: $500 The project should be structured through milestones. Suggested structure: • $100 — Audit, research, and agreed implementation plan • $275 — Website SEO, tracking, conversion, and profile implementation • $125 — Initial social content launch, testing, and final handoff Additional paid advertising spend is not included. This project focuses primarily on organic SEO, conversion optimization, and organic social media. No specific number of leads or search ranking can be guaranteed, but the selected professional must complete and launch the agreed work designed to produce measurable inquiries. Applicant requirements Applicants must have: • Demonstrated SEO and lead-generation experience • Excellent written English • Experience marketing to U.S. consumers • Strong communication and reasonable availability during U.S. Central Time • Experience with ecommerce, jewelry, luxury goods, or other high-value services preferred • A transparent, ethical approach to SEO Please do not apply if your strategy relies on purchased backlinks, private blog networks, mass-produced low-quality AI articles, fake engagement, or guaranteed rankings. Please include in your proposal 1. Two examples of SEO or social media work that generated inquiries, customers, or revenue—not only traffic or followers. 2. Your experience with luxury goods, jewelry, ecommerce, or high-ticket services. 3. A brief explanation of what you would prioritize first for this business. 4. Confirmation that you will personally implement the agreed work rather than deliver only an audit. 5. The tools you use for SEO research, analytics, and reporting. 6. Confirmation that all accounts, content, data, and work product will remain owned by Bella Andrea & Co. 7. The word “diamond” at the beginning of your proposal so I know you read the complete description. This may lead to additional work if the initial project produces strong, professional implementation and a clear path toward qualified leads.
