Our goal is to build a strong, long-term SEO strategy that can help our important service and destination pages reach the Google Top 10, increase organic traffic, and generate qualified leads and bookings. What We Need We need someone who can handle SEO from A to Z, including: - Complete SEO Audit of the website - Technical SEO Audit and fixes - Keyword Research and Keyword Mapping - Identify high-volume and high-intent keywords - Competitor SEO Analysis - On-Page SEO optimization - Title Tags & Meta Descriptions - H1/H2/H3 structure optimization - URL structure optimization - Internal Linking Strategy - Image SEO and ALT tags - Schema Markup / Structured Data - Website crawlability and indexing - Google Search Console optimization - Sitemap and robots.txt optimization - Core Web Vitals and page speed recommendations - Identify and fix SEO errors - Content optimization - Landing page SEO - Local SEO where applicable - Backlink profile analysis - High-quality backlink strategy - Identify keyword gaps and ranking opportunities - Monthly SEO performance tracking and reporting Keyword Strategy We specifically need someone who understands the Travel & Tourism industry and can research keywords based on: - Search volume - Search intent - Keyword difficulty - Commercial intent - Competition - Location - Potential for generating bookings/leads We don't want a list of random keywords. We need a complete Keyword Map showing which keywords should target each page and which new pages/content should be created. Main Objective Our long-term objective is to get our important commercial pages into the: Google Top 10 / First Page for relevant and valuable search terms. Important: We understand that no SEO professional can honestly guarantee Google rankings, so we are looking for someone with a proven strategy and track record rather than unrealistic promises. Ideal Candidate You should have: - 3+ years of proven SEO experience - Strong Technical SEO knowledge - Strong Keyword Research skills - Experience with Google Search Console - Experience with Google Analytics - Experience with Ahrefs / SEMrush / similar SEO tools - Experience with Travel, Tourism, Hotels, DMC or OTA websites is a major advantage - Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms - Proven experience improving organic rankings - Ability to provide before/after SEO performance data What We Expect From You Before starting, we want you to review our website and provide: 1.
