SEO Specialist (SEO, AI Search & Organic Growth)

Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to increase our visibility across Google, AI-powered search platforms, and emerging search experiences. This role combines technical SEO, content strategy, AI Search Optimization, and organic growth initiatives to drive qualified traffic, leads, and revenue. The ideal candidate understands modern SEO, including E-E-A-T, topical authority, entity SEO, AI search, and Google’s evolving ranking systems. Key Responsibilities Search & Growth Strategy - Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, leads, and revenue. - Conduct keyword, topic, competitor, and search intent research. - Build topical authority through content clusters and strategic content planning. - Monitor search trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO opportunities. AI Search & Content Optimization - Optimize content for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and other AI search platforms. - Improve content quality using E-E-A-T principles, search intent, and information gain. - Collaborate with content teams to create high-performing, search-optimized content. Technical SEO - Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations. - Optimize site architecture, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals. - Implement schema markup, structured data, and entity SEO best practices. - Work with developers to resolve technical SEO issues. Authority Building & Analytics - Develop digital PR and authority-building initiatives to earn quality backlinks and brand mentions. - Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and revenue impact using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools. - Deliver actionable performance reports and growth recommendations. Qualifications Required - 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven growth results. - Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Content SEO. - Understanding of AI Search Optimization (AEO), topical authority, entity SEO, and E-E-A-T. - Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript SEO, and CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred - Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, marketplace, or enterprise SEO. - Experience with Digital PR and authority-building campaigns. - Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. - SEO certifications are a plus.
