SEO Specialist for Law Firm Websites — Local Ranking Strategy (Ongoing)

We're a web design agency (Nagro Solutions) building custom websites for law firms in the US, and we need an SEO specialist to help us both win clients and deliver results for them. Two parts to this role: 1- Sales support: Given a law firm's domain, tell us their current ranking for their practice area + city, realistic timeline to improve it, and what specifically would move the needle. We need accurate, honest estimates — we're using this in direct outreach to law firms, so overpromising costs us credibility. 2- Delivery: Once we sign a client, execute on-page SEO, local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations, NAP consistency), and content strategy (practice area pages, blog, FAQ) integrated with the custom-built site.
